What should I do before my body treatment?
On the day of your body treatment, you should stay hydrated, avoid caffeine, and wear comfortable clothing.
What should I do after my body treatment?
Continue to hydrate. We suggest drinking half your body weight in water. After 24 hours have passed, we recommend exercising and maintaining a healthy diet to maximize your results.
How should I prepare for my Permanent Makeup appointment?
Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before your appointment.
Stop all blood thinners one week before your appointment (with doctor approval).
No tanning for one week before your appointment.
Do not work out the day of your treatment.
No Botox injections one month before your appointment.
Must not be on any antibiotics two weeks before your appointment.
Specific to Lip Blush:
If you suffer from cold sores, we suggest taking the prescribed antiviral 24 hours before your appointment and through the next five days.
Please exfoliate your lips once a day for four to five days before your appointment
Specific to Brows:
Do not use retinol products on your brows for a month before and after your appointment.
